Refund - We do not offer refund for any purchases made within our RETAIL STORES
In-store Purchases | Any products purchased from our RETAIL STORES, we ONLY offer Exchange/Credit Note. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns|Exchange
We only offer Exchange for purchases made within our store. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Yes, if it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on. Items must be received by us in the same condition as sent. Any items which appear to have been worn exchanged won't be carried out
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, please read below for further clarification.
Keep the following exceptions in mind:
Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker
Headscarf/Hijabs/Veil/Caps: non-refundable due to hygiene reasons
Undergarment (Men’s/Boys/Ladies Trousers): non-refundable due to hygiene reasons
Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging and unopened
Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging/unopened
Sale Items/White Friday: sale items can only be exchanged for SIZE, unable to swap for different STYLES. There will be delivery charge initiated for an exchange purchases made in sale
Personalised Products: Personalised items are non-refundable
Some of our brands, including watches, jewellery, headscarf have their own policies and bespoke, altered, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
